If you’re looking to lower the amount of oxalates in the diet of yourself or someone you love, you’ve come to the right place!
Why? Because, simply put, it is the best interactive resource about the low oxalate diet available. While I am striving very hard to make OxVox the very best website about oxalates and the low oxalate diet, the fact is that it is a static site. While you are welcome to ask questions here, I only get around to checking in and answering them maybe once every day or three. And even when I do, the answer you get will be, necessarily, very one-sided.
The enormous advantage that you’ll have by joining the Trying Low Oxalates (TLO) group is that you can post to the group and ask a question. From there you’ll likely receive several (and perhaps a multitude!) of answers and viewpoints. While this might not at first seem that important, trust me…as soon as you get going on the low oxalate diet, you’ll discover just how valuable that sort of interaction and guidance is! So I encourage you, in the strongest possible terms, to head over there and apply to the group right now. Then come back – it can take up to 24 hours to be approved for membership, and there are lots of resources here to keep you busy in the interim.
